Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).  
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are carefully processed and shipped through our fulfillment network.

Shipping & Delivery

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times:

United States: 7–12 business days  
Canada: 8–14 business days  
International: 10–20 business days  

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your home.

International Shipping

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has  entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately at support@blessyourhearthome.com.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to recall packages already in transit.
